A person can apply for the transfer of their accumulated EPF amount, along with details of FPF/EPS, into their present PF account instead of opting for withdrawal. In this regard, the completed application for transfer, i.e., FORM-13 (Revised), may be submitted to the new employer for further processing.

As per the rule, you have to give a declaration that you have not been employed in any factory/establishment to which the EPF Act applies for a continuous period of not less than 2 months (i.e., 60 days) immediately preceding the date of your PF withdrawal application.
