Hi,

I worked with IDBI Bank from July 2006 to October 2008, and I did not transfer the PF amount to my new PF account. I am now following up for the credit of the same. Whenever I contact the HR department of IDBI Bank, they ask for a new request/documents format from my end regarding the PF refund. Some of these requests are irrelevant and redundant. It has been more than three years now since I started following up with the bank for a resolution. However, I have now run out of patience to continue following up with them. I have made up my mind to take legal action against the bank for their ignorance, misleading information, lack of transparency, and for sleeping over the case for more than three years, causing mental agony. Please assist me in filing a legal suit against the bank to expedite the resolution of this matter.

Thank you.

Dear Mr. Rohit,

First of all, let me tell you that you can still transfer your PF amount to your current PF account by filling up and submitting Form No. 13 at your concerned PF Office. If you are still considering taking legal action against the bank, you should file a case in the Labor Court for the same.
