Dear Ajay,
I have reviewed the radiography SOP and have some comments for your consideration:
- Purpose and Scope should be in the same section as they convey the same message.
- After the responsibilities section, you should include the PROCEDURE of the work in your SOP.
- Following the procedure, a TRAINING section should be added to your SOP, which includes qualifications and the designation of competent personnel for radiography work.
- In the personal protective equipment section, you mentioned FIRST AID KIT. Please note that a First Aid Kit and other equipment are not classified as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Include emergency contact numbers, including the local fire station, in the Emergency Response Planning section.
- Lastly, remember to add a Reference section citing relevant regulations such as the Factory Act, OSHA, etc.
Please find the attachment and provide your valuable feedback for any necessary changes and additions to this SOP.
