Let us understand your exact need.
1. Whether your organization is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company?
2. If yes, the company should have been certified by some certifying body, which means:
3. You should have access to the Quality Manual (QM) & Quality System Procedure (QSP). Then read it, as you have the right to do so.
4. Then go to the Resource Management and look into the scope: Human Resources, Infrastructure, Machinery, Equipment, and Work Environment.
5. Formats are designed as per the needs of the organization but with some generalizations already designed. Follow the procedure.
6. In the case of HR, competency mapping, skill matrix analysis, determination of Competency Requirements, Authority, Responsibility, Individual Competency Records, Training Needs Identification, Training Calendar, etc., have to be managed.
7. Buy for yourself a copy of the ISO 9001:2008 Standards.
Please let me know about the above and then about the ingredients for the format.

Thank you so much for your valuable input. I would be grateful if you could guide me on how to present an action plan for my manager. He has appointed me as the team leader responsible for showing him the required processes, services, etc., in order to achieve ISO 9001:2008 certification. Additionally, if there are any templates or frameworks available that list them with the required timeframes, it would be greatly appreciated.
Any assistance you can provide will be much appreciated.

It would be a great idea to implement ISO 9001:2008. Once you initiate everything, it will come under management control. Hence, whatever happens, the process remains in a steady state position.
ISO 9001:2008 Classification

Did you purchase the ISO 9001:2008 standards? If yes, read carefully, then it's easy to work on that.
Understanding QSM and QSP
For QSM, it is nothing but your standards according to your scope. Standard Clauses from 4 to 8 are mandatory. QSP is nothing but the way you maintain and document details with process flow diagrams.
Knowing your setup and the scope of your organization can help you more from my side. Instead of more details, you can email me.

Understanding ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is the international standard against which the Quality Management System of a business is evaluated. It is intended to demonstrate that a business can provide a consistent standard of quality in the goods and services it provides to its customers.
The standard is worded to allow it to be adaptable and non-prescriptive, and therefore it can be applied to all companies. Most importantly, it is a common-sense and practical method for confirming best practices and improving procedures. The CQS approach to certification emphatically captures this purpose.
