Please shift the victim immediately to the nearest hospital/government hospital and inform your management about the full details. Also, inform the Police Station in your jurisdiction.
Inform the Labour Commissioner Officer (Contract Labour License Issuing Authority) through a formal letter and request details about the compensation to be paid to the victim or the victim's family, as per the BOCW Rules.
Submit the compensation amount via Bank Draft to the Workmen Compensation Commissioner/Labour Court, depending on the requirements in your state.
In the unfortunate event of the victim's death:
- Gather documents such as Age Proof, Family Details Proof, and Dependent Certificate for the family members.

Complete the PF related forms (Form 10D and Form 20) and submit them with Form 5 and Form 10 details to the relevant authorities.
Proceed with the Insurance claim by filling the form and attaching the required documents:
- Death Certificate Xerox Copy duly notarized.
