If the employee is a senior manager or project head and the company already provides all facilities, and he works on Sunday without coming to the office, should we consider it for compensatory off? Please provide me with the total comp-off policy.

Questions Regarding Sunday Work

1) Why was he/she working on Sunday?
2) Was it really necessary to work on a Sunday?
3) How will you judge the person's work done from home?
4) For how long was he/she working?
5) How many times has the person worked on such Sundays, and when was the person actually required to work on a Sunday? If the person works on a Sunday regularly without a real requirement, then it should not be treated as a comp off.
