Hi, We used a software before called Timedoctor. It can produce screenshots on PC, has a task list, and will monitor the productivity of the employee. However, it is not free, but it is worth it.
If you want a free monitoring software, try myteammonitor. It can produce screenshots and generate a daily report on the total time worked by the employee. However, it will automatically log out if there is no activity on the PC after 2 minutes.
