You can choose to focus on cultural issues in HR and study based on the Octapace culture developed by Dr. Uday Pareek. You can compare the organizational culture of two or three companies.

Thanks, Kumar, but all these are the topics they have given to me. I have to choose any one of them and need to make one project. It's fine. In my view, you may have some difficulties in collecting necessary documents, data, or case studies for item No.3 as you would have limited sources. Whereas items 1 & 2 may be comparatively easier to carry out.
