Performance Evaluation Criteria

Take all the necessary required details. Find our KRA (Key Results Areas) and list them down, which can be measured. Divide them into percentages and then rate them; you can measure the performance.

List down all the required potential evaluation criteria, like below, and rate them from 1 to 10:

- Goal Orientation
- Accuracy in work
- Reporting & Administration
- Creativity & Innovation in work
- Decision-making ability
- Problem-solving ability
- Steadiness under pressure
- Teamwork
- Behavior towards subordinates
- Ability to create a positive impact
- Grasping power
- Personal image
- Etc., you can add more...

Calculate the total of KRA and potential evaluation; the higher the score, the better the performer. Hope it will help you to prepare the form.
