At the outset, you need to study your company's business objectives, assets, liabilities, turnover, profits generated last year, and the current financial year. Based on these facts, you can consider various benefits that can meet your company's status. Just because an employee is a director, it doesn't mean that he can enjoy luxury. Treat your employees well across the hierarchy levels rather than just treating directors with a red carpet. It's just my suggestion. Can you share the benefits availed by various grades (employees in the hierarchy) in your company?

First of all, you should know whether he is a whole-time Director (i.e., working). Directors' benefits, remunerations, and perks are governed by the Company Law Board regulations. You have to consult a full-time company secretary, and benefits, perquisites, and appointments should be done keeping in mind the latest regulations as per the Companies Act of 1956.
