Dear Barath,

Nice words, but I did not find anything so spectacular in its contents to "grab this document and read it first before others do so..."

Dear Barath,

For an HR professional with 32 years of experience, this document may not hold much value as you have already spent 32 years in the field. However, if read with proper insight, it can be a gold mine for young, overstressed individuals who aspire to become remarkable.

Regards,

"Endeavour" and not "endower" as used in the article.

It seems to be an article that does not really dwell upon any point... even for young, overstressed individuals, it does not give much food for thought!

Barath, You are too much. You can present yourself but cann’t force others to accept all that you have. Be polite with your demands too.

The suggestions are very good, such as telling to get up early in the morning and take a half-hour brisk walk, have a good bath, and eat nutritious food (no junk food, not oily or spicy, limited sugar and salt following nutritional science).

Do your work following the spirit of karma yoga: work while you work and play while you play. Follow the principles of simple living and high thinking, do your best in everything, focusing on the 4 blocks of high performance - physiology (body-physical aspects), psychology (mind component - mental and spiritual side), productivity (doing your best in everything), and persuasion (motivating self and others for teamwork). One can add many more pieces of advice like these; very simple to tell, but very difficult to practice based on my over 40 years of experience as a trainer and motivator.

I was trained in TISCO, Jamshedpur, from 1970 to 1975. In NPC India from 1975 until 2002, I retired as Director and Business Unit Head. For the last 9 years, I have been in India, Europe, and now in the USA for 6 months until mid-October.

Thus, I endorse the claim as universal and all-pervasive.
