We are in the process of negotiating a long-term wage agreement with workmen. If you could kindly provide some information/documents on the following, it would be greatly appreciated:
1. Your current wage range for workmen (preferably from the annual 100 crore turnover industry in Peenya, Bangalore).
2. A copy of a wage settlement (just for informational purposes irrespective of industry/location).
3. The current industry trend regarding the amount of wage settlements.
4. Any suggestions from experts on negotiating with workmen regarding their conditions of employment.
