My name is Arpan, and I have just returned from the UK after a span of 5 years. I did my MBA in the UK and thereafter worked with a mortgage company for a period of 2.5 years. Prior to this, I worked with a BPO in Noida as Assistant Manager - Training and was responsible for managing the whole training cycle and conducting soft skills training, including Team Building, Communication, Supervisor training, Sales, Customer Service, etc. I also trained delegates for various UK and US based projects.
I have just returned to India and am seeking opportunities in Training and Development. I would appreciate any guidance if someone can advise on how to get freelance work and help with such organizations. Please refer to my attached training profile.
