Actually, I am doing my summer project (MBA) with Steria India Limited, and my topic is to study the different trainings and their effectiveness. There are approximately 1500 employees in the company; it is an IT & BPO company. So, I just want to know how to improve the effectiveness.

Please post messages in "Proper English" avoiding SMS language. What do you mean by "so I just want to know how to remove the effectiveness?" As a student, we should learn to do literature search to see what others have done and how, and why that way. Taking shortcuts will not help the learning process.

I am pursuing my MBA from Pune University, and I apologize for using SMS language. Yes, I have studied research methodology as a subject, but our professor left midway, so I didn't grasp the essence of the subject. I am planning to gather feedback from all the employees through a random survey.
