Value Chain of Organizational Design

The basis will be a value chain of organizational design to exit and the processes in between. My view is to focus on WHAT, e.g., managing performance, retaining skills, orienting newcomers, and maintaining payroll. Then, focus on the HOW (i.e., processes, templates, forms).
