Dear Seniors, I am considering pursuing some HR international certifications for my career growth. Please suggest some reputable institutes for this purpose. Additionally, I have come across IACT; kindly advise whether I should proceed with certification through IACT. I would appreciate recommendations on good modules for certification.
Thanks & regards,

Hi Pakhi, I have not done any certification from IACT; I came to know about it through Google. I am not sure whether it is a good institute or a fraud. Could you please suggest any good institutes for certification if you know of any?
Thanks & regards,

Have you heard of HRCI? You can visit the SHRM site where they provide certifications for HR professionals like PHR, SPHR, etc. However, these certifications are primarily for the US, as 80% of the course material covers US laws.
Regarding IACT, I read some negative reviews on a complaint board, so I decided against pursuing any certifications from there.
I am currently looking for a reputable certification that is relevant in India. It appears that HR is not highly valued in India, which is why there are not many good and authentic HR-related institutes or training centers here. It's disappointing.
If you come across any good sources, please do let me know.
Thanks

I suggest going for SAP-HR Certification instead of taking chances with other groups. There is no doubt that SAP certifications carry significant weight in both domestic and international organizations. The only drawback is that it is very expensive (Approx: 2 lakhs). All the best

Internationally Recognized HR Certifications
There are only two internationally recognized certifications in the pure HR domain:
• PHR/SPHR/GPHR Certifications
These are administered by HRCI (Human Resource Certification Institute) based in the US. SHRM India provides assistance in this regard.
• CIPD Certificate
This includes Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels and is based in the UK. You can Google them, and you'll find more information.
Any other certifications are not valued much, to my limited knowledge. For example, SAP-HR certification holds good if you are an HR Functional consultant or if you are placed in a company that runs the SAP HR module.
Keep learning. God bless.
