Hello Everyone, The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner (RPFC) has launched the EPFO Grievance Management System. Members can use this system to track and lodge complaints regarding their Provident Fund (PF) withdrawals. Currently, this website is functional only for computerized branches. In addition, the RPFC has introduced an SMS-based service for stakeholders' convenience. When submitting claims, you should write your mobile number at the top of the form. This will enable you to receive SMS updates about your withdrawal request. (Notice attached). This initiative by RPFC is commendable. Let's hope that it proves to be effective this time!
