Dear Sir/Madam,
Currently, I am working with a reputed company as an Executive for the past six years. This company has another related company with a similar name. My question pertains to my employment history within the organization. I initially joined this company in 2005. Two and a half years later, the company transferred me from Company A to Company B for six months. Subsequently, I was transferred from Company B to Company C, where I remain to this day. I have also transferred my PF amount from Company A to B and then to the current Company C.
However, the company has not provided me with the PF slip for the past three years. The current company states that this issue is on the PF Office's end. I am unsure of what steps to take next. Please guide me on how to proceed.
Thank you.

Dear Sonar,
You are working with different companies within the same group. If you haven't received the PF slips, you may ask your HR department. If they are unable to assist you, then you should visit the regional PF office with all your PF numbers. They will then take the necessary steps, although it may require some time.
I hope you will receive your PF slip soon. Additionally, you can verify whether the amount has been transferred or not.

Dear Dinesh,
Welcome to CiteHR. This thread relates to PF matters; therefore, it is suggested that you post your query on a separate or similar thread. Moreover, to acquire knowledge on the procedure for obtaining a factory license or renewing a license, you should first determine whether the State or Central Factory Rules are applicable in your case. Subsequently, go through those rules to understand the procedure for obtaining a Factory License for your unit.

Respected Shaikhji,
Thank you for your response. My Head Office is in Gurgaon, and I am based in Mumbai. As the regional office is located in Gurgaon, it is not feasible for me to visit. Can I correspond via letter with the regional office instead? Please advise.
Thank you.

Dear Mr. Mohan,
The money is deducted from your salary. The loss/receiving end is you. If your HR department is not helping you, then there is no other way.
Regarding correspondence with the PF office, in the PF regional office, thousands of complaints go through correspondence. I doubt how many grievances are solved. If you go physically, then I think you could understand where the problem lies and thereafter take suitable remedial steps.
Regards,
Anindyo

Dear Mohan,
There is nothing to be panicked about. Catch hold of the HR in charge who is taking care of PF. It is the joint responsibility of HR & PF office to issue PF slips. If HR is not responding, you may go and approach your regional PF office, and they will let you know the position. If the case worker of that regional office does not respond, you may contact the Assistant Commissioner and Commissioners, who will definitely respond. If they do not respond, you may put your point on the PF website. Click on "Grievances" on the website and state your point; you will definitely get a reply. Keep repeating the issue on the website until you receive a proper reply.
Hope this will help you.

Dear Sonar,
Do you have a P.F. number or not? If you have P.F. numbers of all those companies, then you will need to fill out Form No-13 and submit this form to the Regional Office of the P.F. The EPFO will automatically transfer your P.F. amount to your current EPF Account Number. If you do not have an EPF code, then first, you will need to obtain your EPF account number from your HR Department.
Hope this information helps you.
