Dear Mrunal,

I have been in the same industry for the past 7 years, and the attrition rate here is very high, ranging from engineers to housekeepers. Salary in line with the market, compliance and benefits, motivation, promotion, responsibilities, recognition, and of course, support, control, and cooperation from the reporting boss, all contribute to employee retention.

Thank you.

Dear Mrunal,

To control the attrition rate in any industry is possible only by providing proper motivation to the employees. Establishing the right rules with the clients will also help our employees maintain their standards and self-esteem. Highly motivated employees are less likely to leave the company or the industry.

Hi I would like to add that the FM should have the capability to handle pressure at the sit and his attitude should not affect his team.
