I am myself from ADMIN/HR Dept of India's biggest Retail Company.....
Housekeeping Boys: KRA's include
1) Cleaning the office
2) Dustbin Cleaning...
3) Assigning them different work as in at times they help in cleaning a particular room,floor,toilets ....
4) Helps them in shifting of the WKS/Cubicle if required...
The team of facility management should comprises of 2 Supervisors and 7 boys......depends upon the strength of the employees you have in your office.......
In a way they are meant for cleanliness in every sense and can used as additional manpower .....
