Hi Jyoti,
I am from the ADMIN/HR Department of India's biggest Retail Company.
Housekeeping Boys' KRA's include:
1) Cleaning the office
2) Dustbin cleaning
3) Assigning them different tasks, such as cleaning specific rooms, floors, and toilets
4) Helping with shifting workstations/cubicles if required
The facility management team should consist of 2 supervisors and 7 boys, depending on the number of employees in your office.
They are responsible for cleanliness and can be utilized as additional manpower.
