I would like to know the expected CTC per annum for this job following industrial standards, either in any location or specifically in Bangalore. Can anyone assist me in determining the CTC? A minimum 30 % hike in your present salary. up to 45% hike in your present salary in Banglore kind of metro city. Else depend on your negotiation skill and the company’s capacity to pay.

Is it that the Medical reimbursement, telephone expenses reimbursement etc. are not taken into account for arriving at CTC?? Please clarify.
