This program aims at a holistic approach to the personal and professional development of faculty members of Arts and Science, Engineering and Technology, and Management education. The symposium will attempt to introduce the participants to the functioning of mentoring and coaching, with a significant focus on effective ways of achieving the best results in the classroom.
