Hi All,

My name is Naghma Perveen. I am a certified soft skills and communication trainer (attended TTT). I have learned many things during TTT, but this was only my trainer's effort; what the organizers have promised never got fulfilled. These kinds of certifications do not really make any sense to me now. I just want to make other aspiring trainers aware that please inquire properly before you enroll yourself in such training. There are few organizations conducting TTT (Train The Trainer) programs and making false promises to the candidates that they will give them deployment, but it really does not happen. At the end of the day, the candidates are ending up paying a huge amount to these organizations and waiting for months to get deployed because when they show TTT certificates to the other organizations, they hardly consider it. So, it's my request to the organizations conducting such things, please fulfill your commitments and maintain professionalism; otherwise, don't do it. I'm sorry if it hurts someone, but that is the fact.

Thanks,
Naghma

Dear Naghma,

I am so sorry to hear this. I have conducted a lot of TTTs and would like to offer help to you. You can call me, write to me, or ask any specific questions you have, and I shall be able to help you (no hidden cost, no hidden agenda).

Please remember, knowledge and skills can be learned sooner or later, but it is your attitude that shall help you in the long run.

Okay, so cheer up and all the best!

Hi Nagma,

If it's true that you were immensely helped by your trainer, your criticism about the T3 programs is overshadowing that quality of the trainer. I would request you to please name the trainer and kindly get in touch with us in case you are seeking work because we too are hunting for good trainers for our upcoming projects.

Regards,
Gaurav
