Hi All, My name is Naghma Perveen. I am a certified soft skills and communication trainer (attended TTT). I have learned many things during TTT, but this was only my trainer's effort; what the organizers promised never got fulfilled. These kinds of certifications do not really make any sense to me now. I just want to make other aspiring trainers aware that they should inquire properly before enrolling in such training. There are a few organizations conducting TTT (Train The Trainer) programs and making false promises to candidates that they will provide deployment, but it really does not happen. At the end of the day, candidates end up paying a huge amount to these organizations and waiting for months to get deployed because when they show TTT certificates to other organizations, they are hardly considered. So, it's my request to the organizations conducting such things: please fulfill your commitments and maintain professionalism; otherwise, don't do it. I'm sorry if it hurts someone, but that is the fact.
Thanks,
Naghma
