Unlike companies such as Dell, IBM, or Microsoft, this multinational is more labor-intensive than knowledge-intensive.
To be an effective trainer, one must be a good presenter. A course on presentation skills typically takes about 2-3 days to complete.

In my opinion, training the trainer must be done cautiously because you have to handpick people in an organization who will be suited to train others. This requires a self-interest in teaching and cannot be forced on unwilling individuals.
