I am working as an HR Executive in a midsize software company. Till now, our company has not been used to celebrating its annual day. I proposed the idea, and it has been accepted. So, please guide me in this regard.

Hi Neha,

Recently, we celebrated the 2nd anniversary of our company. I suggested having a pooja followed by a sponsored lunch in the afternoon, provided by the company. In the second half, we organized a Bollywood quiz, Dumb Charades, and Truth or Dare activities.

Everyone participated enthusiastically and enjoyed themselves immensely. I hope this advice will be helpful to you.
