Apart from the above, performance appraisal is also an important task. You can assign Key Result Areas (KRAs) for an employee. It would be great if you could also do succession planning for every employee. I will keep you posted as I learn more about the other details.

Employee engagement activities such as regular outings like picnics and movies, employee birthdays, monthly and yearly staff awards, indoor and outdoor games, conducting soft skills training, organization anniversary celebrations, etc.

If you are in a middle or small-sized company, your responsibilities start from recruitment to exit. An MNC is totally different, and your responsibilities depend on which department you are working in.
