Since 1991, we have been implementing best practices in the form of Quality System, TQM, TPM Lean to improve the product and processes of the organization. However, the nation as a whole and organizations specifically have not achieved the desired growth rate. Little has been done for employees' productivity and performance, with more focus on compliance with audits and customer requirements rather than building employee competence. Apart from Quality circles, Kaizen/Suggestion, and training programs, not much has been accomplished. The HR department is seen more as a system implementer than a provider of solutions. To thrive in this competitive world, the focus needs to shift to enhancing employees' productivity and performance to ensure a profitable business.

CLASS exclusively works for the Manufacturing Sector, with a special emphasis on emerging and medium-sized organizations to enhance employees' productivity and performance. CLASS Founder & CEO, S. Kumar, an alumnus of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, brings in 22 years of hardcore work experience in HR, TQM, TPM, Quality System, Skill Development, Employee Coaching, and Training with reputed Engineering and Auto Organizations to deliver the best. This workshop aims to provide practical solutions to the problems faced in organizations. It offers a comprehensive understanding of concepts and their implementation.
