Hi, I have prepared a questionnaire attached herewith for my research project. However, my colleagues suggested that it should be either close-ended or open-ended for ease of interpretation. As part of the project report, I need to mention the research methodology and provide hypotheses and interpretations based on it.

Attached are the project guidelines, according to which I need to prepare my report. I am unsure about what to include in the respective chapters outlined in the project guidelines. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

I have studied the concepts in Research Methodology but am uncertain about how to apply them to this project. Kindly assist me with this. I have only 26 days left before I leave the organization.
