Hello Mr. Simhan,
I am pursuing a Master's degree at a university in the USA and am currently seeking a research topic in the field of HR. I am particularly interested in exploring HR's role as a strategic partner, especially in situations where the organization is experiencing rapid growth. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks,
H

Dear H,
Please see my posts on Research Methodology. In which university are you doing the course and in which mode? Do you have a tutor guide/supervisor that is normally allotted to a Master's student? The best way to go about is to read some scholarly articles to see what others have done, how, and why that way. Then, based on that info, formulate your aim and objectives and select the methodology accordingly. Do you have any organization in mind where you can get access to primary data?
Have a nice day.
