Hi there!

Can someone provide insights into certain strategic HR practices to be implemented in order to manage attrition levels in sectors like ITeS? Are these practices universally applicable across all industrial sectors or do they vary from one sector to another?

I look forward to receiving valuable responses.

Warm regards.

Hi,

There is a 4-point formula that can be implemented in industries to combat high attrition rates. I will just list it down below, and I can conduct training on this in detail if you require.

The processes are as follows:

- The Transition state Theory which relates to the roles of employees.
- Formation of an imaginary organizational structure based on stability factor (Only for analyses purposes).
- Generating Patriotism (Positive and Negative methods).
- More interaction between people/departments or very small changes in work culture.

Thanks,
