Training Programs for Managers and Supervisors
I handle soft skills, behavioral, and management training for managers and above. I have attached my Training e-Brochure to this post. It will give you an idea of what types of training programs are required for supervisors or managers. However, I have a suggestion here. Before getting into "training on what," have you given due importance to "why training?" Your operational ratios or customer service ratios speak for themselves.
