Dear Sir, As per my opinion, employee/worker take the benefit of weekly off sunday, if he/she is present four working days in the week and one day must be present saturday / monday.

In another instance, if an employee/workman attends duty for 3 or 4 days in the week, eg. from Monday to Thursday, then Friday , Saturday he/she takes Leaves, and again on the following Monday he/she takes Leave; then should the Sunday in between be considered as a "Leave" or "weekly off"?

Dear Pooja ji,
As per your queries, any employees present monday to thursday after that he is absent friday, saturday & monday. in this situation, he will count to continues absenteeism so sunday will be leave not weekly off.
