Gratuity Rules
I have joined a private limited company after retirement as a permanent
employee and at present my age is 64 plus. The Provident Fund
contribution is not applicable in my case hence I am not a PF member.
I would like to know whether I am eligible for Gratuity whenever I
complete five years service or eligibility is only for those who are
members of PF. Please clarify.
Thanks

Dear
There is no precondition for becoming a member of PF for receiving the gratuity amount. Age is also not a hindrance for getting gratuity.

I have joined PSE-"A" on 21.12.1983 and resigned for selection in other PSE-"B",with the consent of PSE-A.Now I have opted VRS from PSE-B and paid Gratuity with out considering my past service period(21.12.1983 to 29.04.1989), due to that I received less than 10 lac.
What are the proceedure to get gratuity for past service
