Hi Seniors,

Greetings!!!

I am going to join a Tours and Travels company as an HR Executive. Currently, there is no HR department established. There are 350 employees working to date, and the company has branches across the globe. The owner has now decided to professionalize the company and wishes to set up an HR department at its Pune property.

The challenge for me is to establish everything from the grassroots level. Can you suggest how I should proceed? Do you have an HR Policies Manual or Personnel Manual for reference? Is there a Tours and Travels company HR Policies Manual available?
