I am currently planning to start a software training institute in Hyderabad in Ameerpet. I am a Sun Certified Consultant (SCJP 96%, SCWCD 94%, SCBCD 98%) and have recently returned from the USA. The technologies that I am planning to offer include Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB), Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL), Struts, Spring, Hibernate, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss, and soft skills training (interviews, communication, etc).
I would like to know the best policies to follow in the initial stages of operation, as well as teaching and practice methods that will help me in the starting stages.
