Could you please let me know how to draft a No Objection Clearance certificate if a person is on a work permit for a company, and the company has no objection to the employee working for any other employer on their permit as long as they work in the same profession (field)?
Also, please advise on what to include in this letter as it has to be sent to the home office as well.

I'm on a work permit at the company with a 3-year contract and have completed 1 year of this contract as a driver. I have been offered a position at a government company as an auto technician, and they are asking me to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from my previous company. Could you please provide me with a sample of an NOC on behalf of my previous company to lift my ban from the labor law, which imposes a 6-month ban?
