Hi,

I have worked in an organization for 4 months and I have left that company before a year. Till now, I haven't received my PF money. Is there any system like your PF money is not refundable if you have not worked for 6 months in the same organization at least? Currently, where I am working, there is no system of PF deduction. So, I am unable to transfer my PF account and I simply want to withdraw the money. So, what do I need to do?

Dear Soumya,

As per your above details, you have been working for 4 months. Therefore, you can withdraw your Employees' Provident Fund amount with Form No-19.

Please find attached Form No. 19 for the same. Kindly go to the HR Department of your previous organization along with Form No. 19, one revenue stamp worth 1 Rupee, and your bank details.

For better understanding, feel free to call me.
