Hi Rajesh,
Your take-home pay would be structured as follows: Basic + HRA + TA + Medical reimbursement + personal pay - PF (contribution by the employee).
Note: I am unsure if LTA would be a monthly payable component or an annual one, as many companies associate it with earned leave.
Therefore, your take-home pay would amount to INR 19,320 per month.

Dear Rajesh,
Your monthly take-home will be: Basic + HRA + Personal Pay + Medical Reimb (This is against claim, i.e., you have to submit medical bills) - PF (your contribution). The LTA you can claim after confirmation and that too 'one time' in a year. I hope now you can calculate.

Dear Rajesh,
Your CTC per month is Rs. 275000/12 = 22917. The pay proposed is Rs. 8021+4011+800+1250+1671+6201+963 = 22917. Your take-home pay will be: (8021+4011+800+1250+1671+6201) - (PT 200 + (PF 963+963)) = 20791. If the company mentioned in your offer letter that LTA will be paid after one year, you will get 20791 - 1671 = 19120.
I hope this will clear your doubt.
Thanks,
Kumar

Dear Rajesh,
Please remember, if you want to calculate your monthly take-home, you should calculate based on basic + HRA + TA + PPay = Rs. 19,033 less PF (your contribution) less Professional Tax. Medical Reimbursement will be paid separately after submitting bills, depending on how you submit them, whether monthly, quarterly, etc. Also, if you are eligible for IT deduction, the company deducts monthly if you do not provide your tax-saving proof. LTA will be received when you take leave, i.e., after completion of one year. We do not know whether the company, while offering you the position, has included Gratuity and Insurance contributions, if any, as many companies do.
