Hello Everyone.

I was working in a company that is not a private limited (pvt. ltd) entity, and I received the offer letter. Later, the company transitioned to a private limited (pvt. ltd) status. I am considering leaving the job, so what documents do I need to take with me? Do I also need to bring the offer letter from the private limited company and the payroll transfer letter? Please advise me on the necessary steps and provide the format for all the letters.

Thanks,
Taru

Dear Taru Choudhary,

Just obtain a relieving and experience certificate from the current company's letterhead. Inform your new company that your current company obtained its Private Limited status after you joined. This is not a significant issue. Don't worry...
