Hi everyone! This is my first time here on CiteHR. A friend referred me to this site and said I would learn lots about HR matters here. I hope you can help me out with this one.

I am currently making a list of criteria to consider when selecting a good training proposal. So far, I have thought of the following:
- Objectives
- Methodology
- Resource Person / Speaker
- Cost of Training

Are there any other factors I still need to consider? I am also thinking about the weight percentage.
