I want to develop internal trainers in our org. Can you plz suggest how to select an internal trainer or is there any criteria for evaluating the internal trainer.

Training Priorities
Training is not just about delivery or presentation skills. Thanks to high-end training companies, they have developed a very different view of the concept of training. However, when conducting employee training, business needs should take priority over individual needs. Otherwise, you will never be able to measure the effectiveness of the training. Therefore, my question to you is, have you laid sufficient groundwork for the placement of the internal trainer?
