Hi,

I want to know, within an organization, which type of structure requires trust the most? What structures of trust can potentially be integrated into an organization's framework?

Please reply.

Hi,

"Trust" is an attribute that needs to be inculcated through the organizational dimensions of culture and climate. The organizational structure is a diagrammatic representation of hierarchy and interactions between roles in an organization. Generally, structural aspects take into consideration communication, culture, and control as main constructs, and trust cannot be incorporated while designing the structure.

Trust is to be built by the employer for employees to experience through "walk the talk" and cannot be attributed to structure.

Hi everybody,

I uploaded one file, but it cannot display. I used Internet Explorer 8.0.

How can I repair it? Or are there some problems that happened to IE8?
