Dear Gupta,

This forum focuses on Employment Recruitment Techniques & Sourcing. Kindly post such articles outside citehr, or if you are still tempted to violate the rules, please post this in the daylife forum.

However, watching a list of movies never gives a relaxing sensation.

Dear Ash,

I am new to this site and have seen several postings on here that are not related to HR. Thank you for your words and suggestions. However, I am of the view that politeness is one of the most valued traits of an HR professional. Please imbibe it when you offer your suggestions next time. I am sorry for hurting your feelings. Also, please guide me on how I can remove this post from the site.

The sense of relaxation varies from person to person, and some people enjoy seeing a good list of upcoming movies. I happen to be one of them, so I made the mistake of thinking others might like it too.

Warm Regards,
Shubhra Gupta

Relax, Gupta. Please remove the concept that if anyone says something that does not match your thoughts, then it's called rude. It's all in the way you interpret messages. You can either read something loudly or read it in the right manner.

If you are new, that's perfectly fine. But that doesn't mean that just because some people have posted things that don't really contribute to HR, you can do it too. Does that make sense, right?

My message is all about how you perceive it, whether rude or sweet, pleasing or blunt— the message is "Your post was irrelevant." Kindly don't make efforts to defend yourself.

Maybe listing movies for relaxation makes sense, so please post it in a different forum. The FAQs are self-explanatory, and no one can do a better job than that.

And FYI, you need not feel sorry about hurting my feelings; you did not because I did not read your message that way. ;-)

Thanks.

Dear Asha,

There are decent and polite ways of talking, which seem alien to you. You appear to specialize in being rude, and I say this because you could have simply told me not to post such articles without giving your unwanted suggestions. As you said, "if anyone says something that does not match your thoughts," that definitely is not rude, but the delivery of the subject can be, which is apparent in your communication. As a senior member on the forum, you have taught me a lesson or two in ineffective communication.

Thank you for guiding me. I admit my mistake and will only post to-the-point content. I will not be visiting this discussion again.

Warm Regards,
Shubhra Gupta

Sent you a PM. And - Kindly read not just with eyes, but also with mind. There is no complaining at all in my above message - just a simple message "Not apt" Thanks! And take a chill pill.
