Is the offer letter a valid contract and if a candidate has accepted the offer letter he can challenge the employer in the court on rejection of job to him at later stage by the employer:?:

Dear Lalamian,

It depends on the labor laws in the region where you are employed. An offer letter is not a valid contract. It is an "OFFER LETTER" with statements clearly mentioned, which can be accepted or rejected by the candidate. At the same time, it can be offered and withdrawn (before resuming duties) by the employer in some cases.
