Dear friends,

Good health of the employees is the backbone for the success of any organization. Today, due to a stressful routine, people are going behind many harmful vices for temporary relief. I hope it's our moral duty to speak out against these harmful influences and safeguard our employees, their families, and society.

Yours truly,
Genesh Kuriakose

I think it's a very good presentation. Hey, as per the presentation, rather than a cigarette, smoking is injurious to health, but what about cigarettes? Think. Ha...ha...ha...ha.

I quit smoking in 1996 after being branded as a chain smoker in college and till date have not touched it again. I did it to test my willpower, and now I feel confident that I can do anything I wish (mind it...good things only).

Encourage friends to quit smoking.
