Hi All,
I have just one concern; if you could please help me out with that. I was working with an auto company on the rolls of Mafoi Management Consultants on a contract for one year. The contract ended on 6th March '09, but I couldn't attend the office from 27th January '09 due to some personal reasons. I have informed the auto company and Mafoi about the same. However, when my personal issues were resolved, my contract period with the company and Mafoi had already ended, i.e., 6th March. After that, I had no outstanding amount or material with me that I needed to settle as full and final (F & F). Still, I was consistently advised by Mafoi people to go to the auto company and meet the bosses there, even to claim the Provident Fund (PF), etc. However, I do not wish to go there as they will only humiliate me and likely aim to retain my PF. I am solely concerned with withdrawing my PF from my PF account, where neither Mafoi nor the auto company is supporting me. Please let me know how I can claim the PF now. I am in dire need of it! Please, someone, help!

Dear,
Who was your employer? Who was paying your salary? When you were on the roll of Mafoi, then the salary would also be paid by them, and they may be the ones deducting your PF. You should approach them, fill out form 19 and 10C, get them attested by the employer, and then deposit them in the PF office for withdrawal. If they refuse to attest your form, you can directly approach the PF office with the statement that your previous employer is not signing your form.
Thank you.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for the kind reply. I was deputed to Skoda Auto India in Aurangabad on behalf of Mafoi Management Consultants, and all my payments were handled by Mafoi. However, the Mafoi representatives are now stating that until Skoda Auto relieves me and removes my name from their payroll system, along with completing my full and final settlement, they are unable to process my PF. They are expecting me to approach Skoda Auto again and request my release, which I am hesitant to do. Legally, my one-year contract with Skoda Auto ended on March 6th, over two months ago.
Mafoi is refusing to assist me in filling out my PF form or provide my PF number, insisting that I personally meet my reporting manager at Skoda. I am not seeking a relieving letter but simply wish to claim the PF funds deducted from my salary.
I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this matter.
Thank you in advance.

Mafoi won't submit your PF withdrawal forms for years together (also, their head office is in Chennai which adds to the problem). Mr. Balaji only speaks big, but when it comes to his consultancy... God save... Everything seems to be fine until you are with them as you are a money-spinner for the company. The day you put in your papers, you will see the original color. This has happened to many of my known people who were working with Mafoi.
