Also, what are the engagement initiatives one can use for engaging the faculty and students for campus placement?

The educational industry has been growing by leaps and bounds. The challenge lies in placing alumni in the best companies. The Industry Institute Interface Forum (i3 Forum) has been formed to bridge the gap between academia and industries. For obvious reasons, ICUBE Forum has a strategic alliance with ASSOCHAM and CII.
The Forum endeavors to bring together corporate leaders and educators from leading public and private higher education institutions to define a roadmap for collaboration that would help meet the skills requirements to sustain India's global competitiveness.
ICUBE Forum has simplified the entire process of industry institute-interface by providing an effective and efficient means of exchanging communication, relevant ideas, and information - all under one roof.
The three main components of the Forum are: Students, Industry, and Institutes.
The i3 is working in various verticals such as:
• Pool Placements
• Curriculum updates as per Industry specifications
• Need-based training programs
• Pool Hardware Purchases
• Seminars and Faculty Development Programs, etc.
Last year, we organized many such pool campus placements under this forum. The purpose of this pool campus is to bring various companies under one roof so that both students and the companies can benefit.
Under the Forum, there are more than 40 professional institutes and over 100 corporates as its members to meet reciprocal needs.
