Hi, I am Reshma, pursuing PGDBA course from Welingkar Inst and specializing in HR. I have a 200-mark project on case studies related to the functions of HRD Managers. I have to submit my project in the last week of December '06. I request you to please help me with this project. I have decided to consider 5 functions of HRD manager, i.e., Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Induction and Orientation, Training and Development, and Wages and Salary Administration.
