Dear All,
We have decided to declare a holiday on 23rd April on account of polling in Bangalore. We have employees whose polling date is on 30th April or any other date (outside Bangalore), and we cannot afford to provide two paid holidays to them. At the same time, we cannot stop them from casting their votes. For such employees, can we ask them to work on 23rd April and take off on 30th April? Please suggest. Your inputs will be highly appreciated and valued.
Regards,
Lakshmi.
