As per the new amendment in EPF Act for International Workers, there will PF deduction for International employees' wef Nov 08. We have one international employee whose nomenclature of the salary have to be changed from:
Basic, HRA, Entertainment Allowance, Softfurnishing Allowance and Professional Development Allowance
to
Basic, Expatriate, Entertainment Allowance, Softfurnishing Allowance and Professional Development Allowance
Now, we have to issue him a letter mentioning the above because of new amendment in EPF Act wef Nov 08.
Can anyone help in drafting such letter?
